Immaculately presented, Villa Kagatika is nestled amongst the olive groves in a quiet position in the sought-after hamlet of Kagatika – a 15 minute walk or short drive down to the bars, tavernas and shops of the enchanting village of Loggos and has all the comforts and facilities to make your perfect holiday.
Conveniently built on one floor, Villa Kagatika has 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms (1 Super King-sized double and 1 with large twin beds) both with en-suite shower rooms and offers comfortable accommodation for 4. An additional single put-me-up bed is available on request.
Both bedrooms have large French windows with mosquito nets that open on to the veranda and the pool terrace beyond.
The spacious open-plan area includes kitchen, dining-room and living-room.
The impressively equipped and well-appointed kitchen includes oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and separate large fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and ample storage.
The living-area is furnished in a contemporary style and boasts bi-fold doors that fully open on to the sunny veranda. The veranda is equipped with a sail-covered pergola to provide shade with chairs to sit and take in the sea-view through the olive groves.
The house benefits from high-speed satellite internet throughout.
The walled and gated garden allows complete privacy to enjoy the private pool and soak up the sun on the terrace with several sunbeds or to relax in the shade of the large parasols.
The large deck is home to a dining table with ample shade provided by a sail above and is perfect for enjoying breakfast, a leisurely lunch or dinner.
Tucked away in the corner of the garden is a comfortable seating area with table - ideal for chilling out with a book and a cold drink.
There is also a peaceful area downstairs to enjoy the sea-view and to have an early morning coffee in the shade.
The outdoor spaces are well lit to help you make the most of your al fresco evenings.
The Villa is well suited to couples looking for privacy or a comfortable family holiday.
A ‘Meet and Greet’ service from Gaios port is available, together with assistance with transfers and car hire if required. Our House Manager can either meet you at the port or if a taxi is required then they will meet you at the house.
A wood-burning stove is available for those enjoying an out-of-season break.
