Inside: Accommodation at Takitos is all on one floor. The main entrance takes you into a well-laid out open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, whose white-painted walls, lofty wood-beamed ceilings and large sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious terrace, all make for a bright, airy atmosphere.
The two bedrooms are situated on either side of the living area. To the right is the master bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room and access to a furnished sea-view terrace. To the left, there is a shower room and a twin bedroom with its own access to a lovely terrace and garden area.
Outside: The house’s spacious front terrace, furnished for sitting and dining, is overlooking the lovely pool terrace and enjoys views of the sea and the Greek mainland. Other terraces on either side of the house are accessed from the bedrooms and ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone to find their own perfect spot.
The house is surrounded by olive trees, shrubs and bougainvilleas. There are views through the surrounding olive trees to the sea and the Greek mainland.
Location: The gentle bustle of Gaios town with shops, tavernas, bars and harbor is just 5 minutes’ drive away. You can also walk to Gaios, along the coast road
in about 20-25 minutes, and it is a lovely walk with wonderful views down the coast and across to the Greek mainland.
Two small pebbly beaches are a 3-minute walk below the house, flat bathing rocks are 50 metres away from the villa while the beach of Mongonissi is 1km away (a 15-minute walk). There are several other small beaches on the coast heading towards Gaios, all within a few minutes drive.
