The house is extremely comfortable and elegant. Each bedroom has its own veranda / balcony overlooking the sea and the view from the pool is unique.

There is a large courtyard around the house with a barbecue and the colorful garden embraces the entire house.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub. On the middle floor is the main living room with oak, dining room.

There are two further bedrooms each with its own shower. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds.

On the ground floor there is another apartment with one bedroom with double bed, bathroom, dining room and a large room with 2 showers and a sauna that can accommodate 2 or 4 people if children (2 single beds with extra beds if needed).

From the courtyard of the house there is a 50 meter footpath, which leads to a small, almost private beach.

The nearest organized beach with amenities and sun loungers is just 200 meters away. 5 minutes walk.

The villa has private parking, swimming pool, BBQ, pingpong table, internet and all the comforts that you would expect of a luxury accommodation.
